What BAA stands for?
The Buying Agents Association was formed to fulfil the expressed need of Buying Agents to get together formally and work to improve their standards and growth avenues.
Our Challenges
The main challenge was to make the platform simpler for users of all age groups and increase engagement amongst members.
- Position as ‘value addition’ to members to be part of this association
- Simple for all age groups, no technical people
- Increase engagement and collaboration with members
- Members to search, explore the catalogue and set up a spam-free communication channel
Our Goals
The primary goal was to remove all the obstacles of using the buying platform by making it much simpler and intuitive.
- Simplify registrations and payments
- Make it easy to use and subtle to eyes
- Create engagement using notifications, alerts, and messages
- Create a simple yet detailed directory for members
- Easy actions for admin to manage the members and portal
