ShipDelight is a logistic-tech company offering customized shipping solutions & delivery services. ShipDelight offers a no. of products in the supply chain process- ranging from orders management, forward & reverse shipment, shipment tracking, RTOs, analytics & reports.
ShipDelight product helps businesses with a smooth end to end shipping services, order management, search & track shipments, shipment approvals/rejections, payment services etc.
Our Challenges
Our main challenge was to create an easy-to-use platform to manage shipments and generate insights.
- To integrate all of their solutions under one platform
- Design a user-friendly & intuitive order management flow
- Manage overall shipments at various statuses in the supply chain, easy tracking of shipments
- Handle return shipments with easy to understand user interface & design an insightful dashboard for optimised services
Our Goals
The primary goal was to organize all the data points to present intuitively on the dashboard.
